Representatives from The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) educational committee visited the Inscape Education Group to assess the quality and relevance of the Higher Certificate in Architectural Technology qualification (NQF Level 5) which is offered through face-to-face and distance mode. The process involved the onsite inspection of campus facilities, evaluation of subject contents and assignments, and interviews with staff, students and an external moderator, as well as a review of the module programmes’ contributions to architectural education and research in general.
The visit was conducted by Ms Lula Scott (SACAP Validation Member), Ms Kimberley Rowan (SACAP Education and Accreditation Manager) and Dr Finzi Saidi (SACAP Validation Chairperson.)
